Since joining the firm, Umamaheswary has established herself as a reliable and detail-oriented member of the litigation team. She regularly assists and appears in matters before the Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT) and is actively involved in family law disputes, civil trial proceedings, copyright and intellectual property matters, as well as general litigation and advisory assignments. She provides end-to-end case support, including drafting pleadings and written submissions, structuring case briefs, and assisting in legal strategy and courtroom preparation in matters before the High Court of Kerala and various tribunals.
