His professional exposure includes handling matters relating to company incorporations, ROC filings, corporate governance, and regulatory documentation, along with drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and business agreements. He regularly assists in advisory work involving compliance under the Companies Act, and allied commercial regulations.

Alongside his practice in corporate law, Adv. Hari Shyam is also building experience in litigation and criminal procedure, particularly in matters connected with financial and commercial disputes.
